The Corporate Social Responsibility for companies (CSR) integrates three dimensions : the economic dimension (effectiveness, profitability), the social dimension (working conditions, human rights) and the environmental dimension (consumption, polluting emissions). The companies wishing to be more responsible must be attentive to the concerns of the stakeholders: human resources, customers and suppliers, investors and Not for Profit organizations. The implementation of a CSR strategy consists for the companies to engage in steps of social and environmental responsibility, having an impact on the practices and the processes such as human resources, the commercial practices, the local impact, etc. Nowadays this is important enough to be taken into account by certain investors who consider that the aptitude of a company to improve its social and environmental practices and its strategy can, in the medium term, have an influence on his intangible asset. In order to be as concrete as possible, we will finish the day(s) with a questions/answers session.
1) Who is concerned by the seminars of CSR and Management?
We organize CSR seminars in your company for all the hierarchical levels, where CSR is presented in general, and your CSR approach in particular.

Our one or two days presentations approach the following topics, completed with concrete examples :

- - Advantages for your company (HR, marketing, sales, suppliers, customers, etc.)

- - The “atoms” effect
- - The “CSR 10 steps model ©” developed by CSR and Management
- - The ethical charter of a company
- - Two illustrated implementation examples of a CSR policy in Europe

3) Our approach
We want our seminars to be as pleasant as possible and carried out by experienced coaches/consultants and members of the European association of Coaching of Luxembourg (AECL/MMCC). Sharing the experience of the field is for CSR and Management the most important.

850 € the day, from 9 to 6 p.m., with a minimum of 5 participants (this means 170 € per day and by participant).
